沒什么服務，前臺亂哄哄的，反正人家經濟好，不愁沒生意

總體上比較滿意，位置比較好，離地鐵站比較近，走路可達，床的尺寸比較大，在紐約的酒店很少有大床，可以睡2人。

雖然有些不滿意的地方：位置不錯，距離紐大步行可達，出行地鐵也方便，就是房間比較小，2張1.6米的床幾乎占滿了，2個行李箱很難有位置放了。但是附近可選的酒店中，這個性價比算不錯的了

衞生間角落也很乾凈，毛巾不算新但沒有異味。床品也是認真洗過的。附近有便利店和幾個餐廳。這個價位，在曼哈頓性價比夠好了

Check in and check out was easy and fast.
The toilet bowl was choked, can't flush. I called the reception at 6am. He said he would send someone. A guy came and he passed me plunger. I asked if he can do it. He said not his responsibility.
Before we went out for the day, I told the reception about the problem and wanted them to fix the problem before we come back.
Came back to hotel after our activities about 5pm. Toilet bowl is fixed. Yay... But, our room wasn't make up. At 6pm plus, someone knock and ask if we need to clean our room. Well, usually hotels clean rooms in the afternoon and not evening. Of course we rejected the cleaning. Disappointing experience fm an international chain.
