没什么服务，前台乱哄哄的，反正人家经济好，不愁没生意

总体上比较满意，位置比较好，离地铁站比较近，走路可达，床的尺寸比较大，在纽约的酒店很少有大床，可以睡2人。

虽然有些不满意的地方：位置不错，距离纽大步行可达，出行地铁也方便，就是房间比较小，2张1.6米的床几乎占满了，2个行李箱很难有位置放了。但是附近可选的酒店中，这个性价比算不错的了

衞生间角落也很乾净，毛巾不算新但没有异味。床品也是认真洗过的。附近有便利店和几个餐厅。这个价位，在曼哈顿性价比够好了

Check in and check out was easy and fast.
The toilet bowl was choked, can't flush. I called the reception at 6am. He said he would send someone. A guy came and he passed me plunger. I asked if he can do it. He said not his responsibility.
Before we went out for the day, I told the reception about the problem and wanted them to fix the problem before we come back.
Came back to hotel after our activities about 5pm. Toilet bowl is fixed. Yay... But, our room wasn't make up. At 6pm plus, someone knock and ask if we need to clean our room. Well, usually hotels clean rooms in the afternoon and not evening. Of course we rejected the cleaning. Disappointing experience fm an international chain.
